Current work suggests that competition is really a factor that is critical shaping intimate identities, partner preference, and household development, suggesting there might be racial differences in whether lesbians curently have kiddies during the time that they search for companions. In this research, we draw on an example of 1,923 lesbians on Match.com to quantitatively test whether you will find racial variations in dating choices for females with kids, underscoring implications for household inequality through racial variations in that has kiddies when searching for a partner. We find that Blacks, Latinas, and Asians tend to be more most most likely than Whites never to just have kids but be open to also dating other ladies with kiddies. This shows that competition differentially structures lesbians' openness to lovers with kids, and such choices can be a mechanism that is possible racial stratification.
